Fantasy Footballdle ("the Game", "we", "us", "our") is a browser-based daily puzzle game in which players guess NFL players based on historical fantasy football statistics. The Game is available at https://fantasy-footballdle.com and is intended for users in the United States only.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature of it at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly in accordance with applicable law.
You may play the daily puzzle without creating an account. Optionally, you may provide your email address or sign in with Google to save your streak across devices and receive daily reminders.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials associated with your email address. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain this security.
The Vault is a premium feature that grants access to an extended library of historical NFL player puzzles beyond the free daily game. Access to the Vault can be unlocked in one of the following ways:
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. All prices are in USD and inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.
No refunds. The Vault unlock is a digital good that grants immediate access upon purchase. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days at the address in Section 12.
Availability. We do not guarantee that the Vault or any specific puzzle within it will remain available indefinitely. If we permanently discontinue the Vault, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.
You may share a personalized referral link to invite others to play. When a referred user completes their first game using your link, your Vault access is unlocked at no charge. The referral program is subject to the following conditions:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.
All content, code, design, graphics, and trademarks associated with Fantasy Footballdle are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our prior written consent.
NFL team names, logos, and player statistics referenced in the Game are the property of their respective owners. Fantasy Footballdle is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, or any official fantasy sports platform.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING LOSS OF STREAK DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $2.99 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENT).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
The Game integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication and advertising), Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage and anonymous analytics), Brevo (email delivery), Simple Analytics (anonymized page-view analytics), and Google Ads (advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
The Game also collects anonymous first-party behavioral data (gameplay events, vault interactions, and session activity) using a randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser. This data is not linked to your personal identity. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Game that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for alleged intellectual property infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Game.
